	Transylvania in Romania is a land of mountains, forests, castles and legends. It is home to the fictional character of Dracula and the real live Vlad Dracula ‘the impaler’ on whom Bram Stokers novel was based. The Danube Delta is Europe’s best area for bird watching and offers a real back to nature experience. Or experience the wonders of desert wildlife at first hand.

Some places come as a surprise to first time visitors. Although Warsaw was almost completely destroyed during the war, it’s historic centre has been accurately reconstructed and is now a World Heritage site. In Jordan you can visit desert castles, wildlife and Petra, one of the worlds great experiences. Visitors to Syria are surprised at how safe and multi-cultural the country really is and are rewarded by being able to see it’s castles, archeology and culture.
