Collecting from the store: We find it useful to be able to buy online to collect from the store. We often do this when buying books - it is useful to know that the book we want will be in the store and we don’t want to pay delivery charges for a single book. Both and allow this. Both are present at some airports.

We also reserve goods online at Argos , which saves time in the store.

Websites offering free UK mainland delivery: We know that delivery charge calculations are often intended to keep charges down, and that delivery is part of the price whatever we buy. It is still nice to know that the first price that we see on the website is the total that we will pay.
